‘GRAB PANTS,’ SAID SIGN-TAILOR TAKEN AT WORD
TORONTO, May 9 — (CP) — Abraham Goody hung a big sign outside his Yonge Street pant shop.
It read “come in and grab yourself a pair of pants.” Today, two men took him at his word. They forced Goody into the rear of his shop, taped his mouth, tied him up and escaped with about 100 pairs of pants and $75 from the till.
